We went to the coast for the weekend. Beautiful drive there and back! The weather on the coast was overcast, windy and wet. We went to the Aquarium in Newport and the kids got to touch sting rays, sharks, & starfish. Bailey freaked out at the octopus. Emmalee was very cautious walking over the thick plexiglass floor with the water underneath. She took itsy bitsy steps and then leaped off of it onto the carpeted floor once it was near enough.

Emmalee was very good at pointing everything out for us. She was finding the sea lions and seals.After the Aquarium we went to the tide pools at the Yaquina Light House. We all got soaked from the rain!!!
